Everything entered into the calculator and tracker — protocol references, dose logs, and settings — is stored in this browser’s localStorage on this device. None of it is sent to, or stored on, any server. There is no sync and no cloud copy.

One exception: if you opened Spencer from Eden through a clinic access link, that clinic association is attached to any concierge request you send (so it reaches the Anthropic API, as described below) and to any request you submit through a form (so it is included in the email the operator receives). Protocol references and dose logs are never part of either.

The flip side of local-first: clearing this browser’s site data deletes the records, and they do not follow you to another device or browser.

When you use the concierge, your messages are sent to the Anthropic API for the sole purpose of generating an answer, then discarded. Spencer from Eden does not store conversations. Never include patient identifiers or health details — the concierge only needs the product question itself.

If you fill in a contact form — for example, asking about a partnership or an access link for your team — the details you typed are sent as a single email to the operator, and only when you press send. They are used to respond to your request and for nothing else. No mailing lists, no automated follow-up sequences.

Spencer from Eden records basic, anonymous usage analytics (via PostHog): which pages are visited, whether the calculator produced a result, whether the concierge was opened, an approximate region derived from your network address, and — if you arrived through a clinic access link — the clinic label. That is the full list.

What analytics never contains: anything you type. No dose numbers, no protocol references, no tracker entries, no concierge message content, no names or contact details, no session recording, and no keystroke or form capture. There are no user accounts, no profiles, no advertising trackers, and no cross-site tracking.
